Hubert Chen
Violinist
HHubert Chen, a native New Yorker, began private lessons on the violin at age 4. He has studied violin with Margaret Pardee and chamber music with members of the Brentano, Kronos, Manhattan and Tremont String Quartets. Other musical training includes 8 years at Juilliard Pre-College and a BA in Music from SUNY Geneseo. Hubert is a member of the Spirit Quartet, the New York Repertory Orchestra and the third baseman of the Landsharks. He is currently third on the softball team in home runs with 1. It might have been a grounder.
